Do you have an annual pass or something? I kind of want to get one since i have a job now, so I have the money. The problem is I don't know if I have any time. I want to get the $400 one so I can go any day and get free parking. Do you feel like it's worth it?
Yes, yes, yes! I have the Premium annual pass and it is ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT. I would recommend it a thousand times over.
You get: admission into the parks every day of the year (NO blackout dates!), free parking, plus discounts on everything from Disneyland corn dogs to handbags from the Fossil store in Downtown Disney. So, word of advice - go for it!!! :D
Hi! I am really excited to say that I'm planning my first-ever trip to Disneyland! I know the schedules are similar to WDW, but I was wondering if you had a specific time of year I should visit? I know not to in summer or spring break, but I love the Holidays, and was wondering which one you recommend visiting during? Thanks!! x
I’d definitely recommend going during November or December! That’s my favorite time to be at Disneyland - the entire resort is decked out in holiday trimmings, and there’s this really special feeling of happiness that permeates the parks (more so than usual). You don’t get that during any other season.
But the holidays get REALLY crowded, and if that’s not you’re thing, then I’d recommend going in January or early February. Those are Disneyland’s “off season” months so there are relatively less people. But keep in mind that Disneyland uses this period to do a lot of renovations on rides, restaurants, & attractions, so a lot of stuff will be closed. And they usually stop doing Fantasmic for a significant chuck of time during the winter months (in fact, I don’t think the show will be coming back till late spring/early summer this year).
Whatever you choose, though, I’m sure your trip will be absolutely wonderful. You can’t go wrong with a first-time visit. :)
